By visiting our website or purchasing products from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order. Two Our Products. ANATERRA offers thoughtfully designed products inspired by Anatolian and Mediterranean traditions. Our collections may include greeting cards, home décor, accessories, personalized products, and handmade gifts. Many products are made to order. Slight variations in color, appearance, or packaging may occur. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, and pricing accurately. Three Orders and Payments. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors. If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, we will issue an appropriate refund. Four Production and Shipping. Many ANATERRA products are produced after an order is placed. Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, and destination. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information. Five Returns and Refunds. Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our published Return and Refund Policy. Certain made-to-order or personalized products may not qualify for voluntary returns. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable consumer protection laws. Six Product Availability. Products, designs, and collections may be updated, modified, or discontinued without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products where reasonably necessary. Seven Intellectual Property. ANATERRA’s original branding, logos, photographs, artwork, and other original content are owned by ANATERRA LLC or used with appropriate authorization. Customers may not reproduce or commercially distribute our protected content without permission, except where permitted by law. Eight Website Use. Customers agree not to misuse our website, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website security, or engage in unlawful activities. Nine Third-Party Services. Our online store operates using Shopify and may use third-party fulfillment and shipping providers. Certain services, including payment processing and delivery, may be subject to the applicable provider’s terms. Ten Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ANATERRA LLC is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits customers’ statutory rights. Eleven Changes to These Terms.
