Made-to-Order Products

Most ANATERRA products are made to order. We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes, or colors selected by customers.

Voluntary Returns

Where we agree to accept a voluntary return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for authorization. Returns are subject to our approval and any applicable consumer rights.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@anaterrahome.com.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
